What is included in the tour?

Our tours include accommodation, workshops, and any activities and transport planned during the trip. We want you to have a stress-free experience, so all the details are taken care of. Travel insurance and personal expenses are not included. See individual tour pages for more details.

While everything related to the creative experience and logistics is covered, the tour price does not include travel insurance, flights, meals or drinks outside the scheduled activities, or personal expenses (such as souvenirs, extra activities, or tips).

We will provide a list of suggested materials and supplies needed for each trip, along with a suggested packing list to help you prepare for the experience.

We keep our groups small to ensure a more personal and intimate experience. The group size typically ranges from 7 to 16 participants, depending on the destination and itinerary.

Absolutely! Our tours are designed to cater to all skill levels. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned artist, you’ll find our creative workshops and experiences inspiring and accessible. You’ll receive support and guidance throughout.

Our tours are designed to be accessible, with some walking or light physical activity depending on the location. If you have any specific health concerns or mobility requirements, please reach out to us, and we’ll check to see if the tour is suitable for you.

We carefully select comfortable, welcoming accommodations that reflect the local culture. Whether it’s a boutique hotel, a charming guesthouse, or a scenic retreat, we aim to provide a restful and immersive experience.

To maintain the focus on the creative and immersive experience, we are unable to accommodate non-participating guests on the tour. This policy ensures the best experience for all involved.

We provide delicious, local meals that are included as part of the tour. Vegetarian and other dietary preferences can be accommodated, so please let us know in advance.

No prior experience is required! Our workshops are designed for everyone, from beginners to experienced artists. The focus is on creative expression, so no pressure—just come ready to explore and create!

For most tours, we’ll provide detailed travel information, including options for getting to the destination. Travel arrangements such as flights or trains are typically made by each participant, but we’re happy to assist if needed.
