A deposit of £1200 is required to secure your place on this trip. The remaining balance will be due on 2nd November, once the trip has been confirmed to operate, in accordance with the payment schedule set out in the Essential Trip Notes. We will confirm whether the trip is going ahead by 23rd October 2026 at the latest. We strongly recommend that you do not book non refundable flights or other non refundable travel arrangements until the trip has been confirmed.  If the holiday cannot go ahead because the minimum number has not been reached, we will let you know and refund all payments you have made to us.
