What is included in the tour?
Our tours include accommodation, workshops, and any activities and transport planned during the trip. We want you to have a stress-free experience, so all the details are taken care of. Travel insurance and personal expenses are not included. See individual tour pages for more details.
What’s not included in the tour?
While everything related to the creative experience and logistics is covered, the tour price does not include travel insurance, flights, meals or drinks outside the scheduled activities, or personal expenses (such as souvenirs, extra activities, or tips).
What should I bring with me?
We will provide a list of suggested materials and supplies needed for each trip, along with a suggested packing list to help you prepare for the experience.
What’s the group size?
We keep our groups small to ensure a more personal and intimate experience. The group size typically ranges from 7 to 16 participants, depending on the destination and itinerary.
Is the tour suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our tours are designed to cater to all skill levels. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned artist, you’ll find our creative workshops and experiences inspiring and accessible. You’ll receive support and guidance throughout.
How physically demanding are the tours?
Our tours are designed to be accessible, with some walking or light physical activity depending on the location. If you have any specific health concerns or mobility requirements, please reach out to us, and we’ll check to see if the tour is suitable for you.
What type of accommodation can I expect?

Can I bring a friend or family member who isn’t participating in the workshops?
To maintain the focus on the creative and immersive experience, we are unable to accommodate non-participating guests on the tour. This policy ensures the best experience for all involved.
